Governance is touching the lives of the ordinary people of Jammu and Kashmir in every possible manner following the abrogation of the laws that were hurdles for over-all development of the region. While the successful District Development Council polls in J&K further strengthened the democratic process in the valley, the full extension of centrally sponsored schemes are an indication of the governance is reaching the valley in all aspects. The extended coverage of Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY SEHAT launched recently by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is a stellar example in this regard.
